Clients must provide all beverages -- beer, wine, liquor and non-alcoholic drinks. (Why is this?) We're happy to create a beverage shopping list based on how many people are expected to attend.
Our team provides the bartending basics such as beer and wine glasses, napkins and straws. These are invoiced prior to the event.
We require 60 minutes of on-site prep prior to your event's start time. This hour is free of charge. We'll be setting up the bar, loading ice coolers and doing all the things that bartenders do before the action starts. When your event begins, we're always ready to serve.
We encourage clients to take advantage of our alliances with vendors such as Los Angeles-area caterers, rental companies and DJs. Bartending Solutions is allied with Southern California event vendors in a variety of styles and price ranges.
We also can provide experienced wait staff, event assistants and bar backs.
Payments and deposits:
Bartending Solutions charges by the hour with a four-hour minimum. Please contact our event planners for up-to-date bartending rates.
Once the date is finalized and contract has been signed, a security deposit of 50% of the contract amount becomes due. This completes your reservation for our professional bartenders on your event date.
Down payments may be made via cash, check or money order. Final payment is due the day of the event.
We're happy to accommodate last-minute business. However, any bookings made within three days of the event must be paid in full 24 hours prior to when we report for bartender duty. Sorry, no exceptions.
Gratuities are not included in the hourly rate. Tips are customary and at the discretion of our clients.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Some popular dates will sell out -- such as New Year's Eve, the Fourth of July and many in the busy holiday season -- so be sure to make your reservations with Bartending Solutions as soon as your dates are firm.
